After picking up the kids, we took them first to the movies. We saw the fabulous Mamma Mia! Mia was so excited as we are known as 'Mamma Mia' and always dance to the ABBA song when it comes on like it was written for us. Even though she's never seen the musical, she knew about it as I have been telling her for a while that I wanted to take her to see the musical. Terence was a bit bummed out about having to see a musical but I assured him that he'd enjoy it as he bounced around in my belly when I was at the musical in London with Curt and about 32 weeks pregnant with him. Ali was just happy to go to the movies as she loves going to the movie theater.
They all loved it as did I! Meryl Streep was fabulous! The entire cast was so good and had Mia and me (aka Mamma Mia) mesmerized. Terence and Curt laughed many times throughout the movie and Ali danced about 30% of the time. It was a great family movie! If you haven't seen it then go!

These three ladies together were great in the movie!
After the movies we went downtown to the park and dinner at Vapiano's Italian restaurant. The kids love it there as they can create their pasta or pizza however they like it. Terence ate almost an entire spinach pizza alone while the girls both had Pomodore Mozzarella on penne with extra Parmesan cheese. Curt and I shared a spaghetti agli olio. Yum! The bonus was that Mia ran into one of her classmates, Martin, who was also eating there with his family.
While at the playground (it was about 5:30pm) we saw all the police with their police dogs setting up for the planned demonstrations. Below is part of the email I received from the US embassy on Friday:
